Covid Guidelines

Covid -19

Safety Measures

The operating of our restaurants continues to be carefully considered and we have developed our COVID-19 safety management controls. This ensures we are actively implementing and practising all required control measures to keep both our guests and teams safe.

We are following steps as guidelines in our venue

  • In order to keep our guests and teams safe, we are currently limiting party sizes to 6 on a single table regardless of household numbers. Please note your booking may be affected if guidelines change after your booking has been made.
  • Please book online for a hassle-free experience and to guarantee your table.
  • The temperature of all employees has been checked and recorded for two weeks before returning to work and will continue to be checked every day. Any member of staff displaying symptoms will be excluded from the workplace.
  • We have reduced the number of tables and chairs in the restaurants to ensure social distancing between guests.
  • All tables and chairs will be fully and completely cleaned after each guest has left.
  • All our front of house and back of house teams have mask and gloves readily available to them and are asked to always wear them.
  • We request all our guests to wear face mask while moving in the restaurant including the buffet area. This is mandatory for all guests unless wearing green badge.
  • Guests are requested to use disposable gloves while using self-service at the buffet counters. This is mandatory for all guests unless wearing green badge.
  • We are monitoring all team member travel and anyone returning from abroad will complete the mandatory self-isolation period.
  • Track & trace – All guests 16 & over will be asked to scan the NHS QR code, if this is not possible written details will be taken and stored for the mandatory 21 days. Any guests refusing to leave their details will be asked to return once this restriction has been lifted.

Please do not visit our premises if you have any of the below:

  • A new continuous cough.
  • A high temperature.
  • A loss of, or change in, your normal sense of taste or smell (anosmia).
  • If you feel generally unwell.
  • If you have been in contact with anyone who has been suspected of or confirmed with a case of COVID 19.

Our team continue to review Government guidelines and industry guidance to keep our controls up to date and effective.
